1.Shipping Coverage
We provide international shipping, including to customers in European Union countries and other supported international destinations available at checkout.
Availability for a specific country or region depends on the delivery destinations offered during checkout.
2.Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are intended to be dispatched within 3 business days.
3.Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Standard shipping is 6$ for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.

5.Carriers and Tracking
Orders may be carried by DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS or YunExpress. The carrier for an individual order depends on destination, shipping route and operational arrangements.
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch once carrier data becomes available.
6.Address Accuracy and Address Changes
Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting an order.
Address changes may be requested before dispatch by contacting support@ruvellio.com. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed and may depend on carrier procedures.
7.Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
These factors do not remove any mandatory legal responsibility that applies to the merchant.
8.Lost Parcels
Contact support if a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period or appears lost.
We will review the tracking information and investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.
We may request reasonable delivery information where necessary for the investigation.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer an appropriate resolution of reshipment or refund.
9.Customs, Import Duties and International Orders
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration.
For international orders, destination-country customs duty, import charges and customs handling charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Tax included in the product price does not mean that every possible import duty or customs charge is prepaid.
