1.Payment Processing
Card payments are processed through Stripe. The payment methods actually shown on the Payment or Checkout page take priority for a specific transaction.
Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
2.Accepted Card Methods
3.Transaction Currency
Transactions are charged in EUR. If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or cross-border charges.
4.Payment Authorization and Declines
A payment may require authorization by your card issuer or payment provider. A transaction may be declined because of issuer rules, insufficient funds, security checks, incorrect payment details or other provider controls.
If a payment is declined, check the information entered and contact your bank or card issuer if needed.
5.Payment Security
Payments are handled through secure payment flows provided by Stripe and other checkout components where applicable.
For your protection, do not send a full card number, CVV, CVC, PIN or security code by ordinary customer-service email.
6.Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. This does not mean that all customs or import charges for every destination are prepaid.
7.Refunds
Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. Our internal refund-processing target is within 7 business days after return review, subject to any mandatory statutory refund deadline.
8.Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorised or otherwise disputed, contact support@ruvellio.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will review the order and payment records and may request reasonable information needed to investigate. Where a dispute or chargeback has already been opened with your card issuer, processing may also depend on the issuer’s or payment provider’s procedures.
Contacting customer support does not limit any right you may have to raise a payment dispute with your bank, card issuer or other competent provider under applicable rules.
9.Safe Payment Communication
Support may ask for order references or limited transaction details needed to identify a payment. Never email full card credentials or security codes.
