1.Scope
These Terms govern use of the website and purchases from RuvEllio. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2.Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with security, availability or other users.
3.Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions and images clearly. Minor display differences may occur. Product-specific information shown at the time of purchase forms part of the order information.
4.Prices and Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website pricing configuration. This is separate from customs or import charges that may arise for international delivery.
5.Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products under the information displayed at checkout.
6.Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise proceed with fulfilment, subject to applicable law.
7.Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
8.Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@ruvellio.com. After dispatch, cancellation is not guaranteed.
9.Address Changes
Address changes may be requested before dispatch. After the carrier receives the parcel, changes may depend on carrier procedures and are not guaranteed.
10.Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. The transaction currency is EUR. Available methods are those shown on the payment or checkout page.
11.Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is 6$ for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
12.Free Shipping
Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
13.Dispatch
Orders are intended to be dispatched within 3 business days.
14.Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. This is not a guaranteed delivery date.
15.Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking details are provided after dispatch once available.
16.Customs and Import Duties
Where applicable, destination-country customs duty, import charges and customs handling charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
17.Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears lost, contact support. We review tracking and investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, the available resolution is reshipment or refund.
18.EU Right of Withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions.
19.Returns
Eligible normal returns must be requested within 14 calendar days after receipt. Contact support first for return instructions.
20.Return Shipping
For normal change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays applicable return shipping.
21.Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For non-defective exchanges, the customer pays both return and replacement shipping. For merchant-responsibility issues, the merchant pays applicable shipping.
22.Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods
Mandatory rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods are not limited by ordinary return conditions.
23.Refunds
Our internal target is to process approved refunds within 7 business days after return review. This target does not replace or extend statutory refund deadlines. Refunds generally return to the original payment method.
24.Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable
If clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods are offered in the future, they may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind or statutory withdrawal rights where applicable law permits. This does not exclude rights for defective, damaged, incorrect goods or merchant production errors.
25.Statutory Consumer Rights
Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights always prevail. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26.Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, design, text and other protected material may not be copied or misused except as permitted by applicable law.
27.Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
28.Privacy

29.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the Last Updated value shown above.
30.Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RUVELLIO, LLC in , subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the customer’s country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes, and nothing here deprives consumers of mandatory rights to bring claims in another competent forum.
